Maritime Teak is produced by 3RT Technologies Europe, part of the global 3RT group. Our teak is sourced from FSC®-certified managed forests. Separately, our engineered process takes abundant, fast-growing plantation wood and turns it into a Maritime Grade material — using nanotechnology-based bonding and zero harmful chemicals.

Our teak is sourced from forests that are independently managed and FSC®-certified. FSC® does not manage these forests — it sets the standard for responsible management, and independent auditors verify compliance. Every block starts in certified, managed forests of mature Tectona Grandis.

Formaldehyde-Free Nanotechnology

Our nano-bonding agent is water-based and completely free of formaldehyde and solvents, so every block is safe to handle, install and live with.

Rather than relying on slow-growing native hardwood, our process takes abundant, fast-growing plantation resources and re-engineers them at a molecular level. The result is a Maritime Grade block with the strength, density and grain consistency of mature teak — without the environmental cost of logging it.
